Client Delivery at FirstView Media Ventures Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of solutions that meet their expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering continuous support and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Project Delivery: Manage the end-to-end execution of exhibitions and event projects, from planning to final delivery. Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordination & Communication: Liaise with designers, production teams, and external suppliers to ensure alignment with client requirements. Provide clients with regular project updates, reports, and status updates. Conduct post-event feedback sessions to identify areas of improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of client services. Quality Control: Oversee the quality control of all deliverables to ensure that they meet the company’s and client’s standards. Conduct site visits and on-site management for exhibitions when necessary. Essential Requirements : ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field. ● Minimum 6 months of experience in exhibitions, events, or project management, with a focus on client delivery. ● Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. ● Excellent project management and organizational abilities. ● Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. ● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ● Knowledge of exhibition and event production processes is a plus. ● Ability to travel and be present on-site during exhibitions or events as required
