We’re looking for someone who loves building things, solving problems, and working at the intersection of manufacturing, AI, and operations.
No two days will look the same. One day, you might be reviewing engineering drawings and deciding how parts should be manufactured. The next day, you might be launching entirely new in-house manufacturing capabilities, coordinating a large hardware shipment, improving internal workflows, or helping onboard new manufacturing partners.
What you’ll do
Own manufacturing operations from customer order through delivery
Help build and expand our manufacturing capabilities
Work closely with CNC, sheet metal, 3D printing, & injection molding manufacturing partners
Coordinate production schedules, logistics, and customer deliveries
Work with our engineering team to improve manufacturing workflows
Build systems and processes that enable us to scale efficiently
Solve problems quickly and keep projects moving
Hire contractors, and external resources when needed
Who we’re looking for
High ownership and strong execution skills
Strong mechanical and manufacturing engineering fundamentals
Comfortable reading engineering drawings and understanding how parts get made
Ability to analyze CAD files, engineering drawings, and determine requirements, and production approaches
Familiarity with CNC machining, sheet metal, 3D Printing and injection molding
Excited about hardware, manufacturing, supply chain, and AI
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Loves moving fast and figuring things out
Thrives in ambiguous, early-stage startup environments
