The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer II, you will be a key contributor on a cross-functional team, building the foundation of our AI-first platform. You’ll take ownership of major features and services, drive meaningful improvements to our architecture, and collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams to deliver high-impact outcomes for our customers.
What You’ll Do
Design and build cloud-native APIs, services, and front-end experiences used across our platform
Contribute to key architectural decisions and lead mid-sized engineering projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered workflows and product experiences
Write clean, testable, scalable code across the stack
Continuously improve performance, reliability, and developer experience
Review code, mentor others, and foster a culture of technical excellence
What We’re Looking For
Passion for building in an AI-augmented environment
Familiarity with modern AI tools; experience developing AI-driven solutions is a plus
5+ years of professional experience in full-stack engineering
Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React
Experience with scalable microservice architecture (AWS preferred)
Familiarity with GraphQL, event-driven systems (Kafka/SQS), and distributed databases
Track record of delivering high-quality features in agile environments
Strong communicator and collaborator; able to work effectively across product and design
Customer-first mindset with the ability to empathize with user needs
