Partnerships Associate - Affiliate & Brand at LUCY
This role is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of relationships, creativity, and execution. We're looking for someone with 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnership management, or a similar brand or marketing role — someone who has built or scaled affiliate programs before, has a point of view on what makes them work, and is ready to own a function end-to-end in a fast-moving startup environment.
At LUCY, partnerships isn't a support function, it's a growth channel. You'll own the affiliate program, drive organic co-marketing campaigns, support partner logistics and events, and build the relationship infrastructure that keeps LUCY's partner community engaged and growing. Ownership here is real: you bring the ideas, you build the systems, you manage the relationships, and you're accountable for the results.

What You’ll Do:
Affiliate Program (strategize, launch, manage & scale)
Build foundational strategy and creator tiers for LUCY's affiliate program
Negotiate terms, onboard partners, and manage ongoing relationships and performance
Track key metrics including clicks, conversions, and engagement rates
Build and maintain program infrastructure (tracking links, commission structures, content briefs)
Continuously optimize the roster and scale what's working
Stay ahead of trends in the creator and affiliate space
Organic Partnership Campaigns
Concept and execute creative co-marketing campaigns that feel native to both LUCY and the partner's audience
Develop culture tie-ins, sweepstakes, giveaways, and organic content moments
Own campaigns from ideation through go-live, including assets, timelines, and partner deliverables
Partner Event Coordination & Travel
Liaise with brand partners to secure tickets, credentials, and event access
Reserve and confirm dinners and hospitality touchpoints
Build partner itineraries, Book and coordinate flights, hotels, and ground transportation
Ensure the end-to-end experience feels seamless and intentional for every partnerasfd
Partnership Merch & Asset Management
Consolidate merch and asset requests across the partnership team
Brief and collaborate with the design team to develop and produce assets
Own fulfillment end-to-end (shipments, tracking, and partner-facing communications through confirmed delivery)
Ad Hoc Marketing Requests
Triage and execute lower-lift marketing requests from leadership and retail partners quickly and with quality
Scope incoming asks, prioritize and set realistic turnaround expectations
Flag requests that need refinement or strategic input before going out the door
Partner Care & Relationship Touchpoints
Manage holiday gift sends, birthday acknowledgments, and handwritten welcome notes for new partners
Develop surprise-and-delight moments that keep LUCY top of mind with the partner community
Own the touchpoint calendar, manage budgets and inventory, and ensure every send reflects the LUCY brand
What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months
The affiliate program is live with creator tiers defined, partners onboarded, and tracking infrastructure in place and early performance data is being used to inform optimizations
1–3 partner events have been coordinated end-to-end, each executed with a seamless partner experience and clear learnings carried forward
1–3 bespoke merch and asset projects have been completed in collaboration with the design team, with a repeatable fulfillment process in place for briefing, tracking, and on-time delivery
Ad hoc requests are triaged and executed with speed and quality; leadership can rely on you to know when to move fast and when to ask first
The partner touchpoint calendar is built and running, with gift sends, welcome notes, and delight moments going out on brand and on time and a system in place to sustain it
Processes and trackers are in place across all workstreams so institutional knowledge is documented and the program can grow with you

You have an existing network of lifestyle or culture creators
Experience in regulated industries is a plus
Location & Compensation
Remote, but LA based is a plus!
Competitive salary + bonus, with opportunity for equity participation
Starting salary at $70k+, but comp will ultimately be determined based on your background & fit
