The Sales Support Representative role is critical to our organization. In this position, you will build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers in the industrial sector while working in close partnership with Account Managers within your assigned territory or segment.You will support sales development with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), System Integrators, Industry Partners, and End Users, helping them solve unique challenges using the most advanced automation technologies in the industry.No two days are the same. Understand the business drivers and priorities of the sales teams you support. Proactively solve problems and seek opportunities to optimize sales and internal processes. Gain exposure to one of the most critical areas of business generation, working closely with field sales teams to: Accelerate business processes, Build qualified networks, Understand different account manager profiles and industry sectors. Serve as the “right hand” of field Account Managers, using your knowledge, experience, and skills to help customers make the right purchasing decisions—whether for recurring business or value‑based offerings. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Associate Degree / Brazilian “Tecnólogo”) in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, completed or currently in progress. 1+ year of experience in a sales-related environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in conversations. Basic to intermediate proficiency in Spanish, with ability to read, write, speak, and understand the language. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar systems. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Experience in B2B sales. Knowledge of industrial automation businesses and related products and services. Demonstrated leadership, creativity, influence, and critical‑thinking skills. Proven ability to communicate effectively using digital and social media platforms.
