MDalgorithms has achieved phenomenal growth, and we continuously seek exceptionally talented individuals who can support our innovation and creativity. This is a fully remote role for candidates based in the US, UK, or Canada, so collaboration and flexibility are key to the success of our company.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Head of Growth to own the growth engine across MDhair, MDacne, and Nuvane.
You will work directly with our CEO to scale access to personalized dermatology care across three brands. This role owns the strategy and operating system behind a paid acquisition engine spending approximately $1M/month, plus the funnel, creative testing, lifecycle, analytics, and experimentation work needed to turn that spend into profitable growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining both strategy and execution. You should be comfortable setting priorities, managing budgets, analyzing funnels, designing experiments, contributing to creative strategy, improving landing pages, and building the processes that make the marketing function faster and more effective.
What We're Looking For
6+ years of growth marketing experience in a DTC or ecommerce environment
A proven track record of managing and scaling brands at meaningful revenue and spend levels
Experience owning CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, payback, CVR, AOV, and contribution-margin tradeoffs
A self-starter who can operate without established processes and build them from the ground up
Strong understanding of paid acquisition, creative testing, landing page optimization, lifecycle, analytics, and funnel experimentation
Experience designing and running structured experiments across the full customer journey
Comfort with landing page creation and design, including using AI-powered or no-code tools
Clear, concise communicator who can turn data into priorities, decisions, and team alignment
Bonus Points
Experience in health, beauty, wellness, skincare, haircare, or telehealth categories
Background in subscription ecommerce
Experience scaling a brand from early traction through to significant, sustained revenue
Experience managing or partnering closely with media buyers, creative strategists, designers, lifecycle marketers, and analytics teams
Experience using AI tools to speed up creative production, reporting, research, and operational workflows
What You'll Do
Own the growth strategy, operating cadence, and roadmap across all three brands
Allocate budget and prioritize initiatives across paid acquisition, landing pages, lifecycle, creative testing, and conversion work
Identify and build new acquisition funnels and conversion experiments
Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across the entire customer journey
Partner with paid media and creative teams to improve testing velocity and creative quality
Build and optimize lifecycle programs including welcome, nurture, upsell, and winback sequences
Own growth dashboards and produce clear weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance readouts
Translate data into clear recommendations and remain agile enough to shift strategy when needed
Use AI and automation tools to create scalable systems for reporting, creative production, and growth operations
