How You'll Make an Impact As a Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist - Accounting (APAC / North America), you will help our North American hotel customers unlock the full potential of Cloudbeds' financial and accounting capabilities. Based in the Philippines or APAC region, you will work directly with clients and their accounting teams to guide them through end-to-end accounting configuration — from chart of accounts mapping and tax setup to ERP integrations and US GAAP-aligned financial workflows — ensuring every property is set up correctly and running smoothly from day one. This role requires availability during North American business hours (US EST and/or PST). This is a customer-facing role requiring equal parts hospitality accounting expertise, technical curiosity, and a genuine passion for helping people succeed.
