Roles and Responsibilities:
Participate in software conceptual planning and architecture development for in-house and client requirements.
Lead & execute the entire development lifecycle and assist team members as needed.
Develop modular, efficient, optimized, reliable, secure, and scalable web/desktop applications.
Understand design requirements, gather requirements, create UI design specifications, and conduct usability testing.
Establish basic design, implement prototypes, and develop detailed application code.
Perform software module and integrated testing as per design specifications.
Ensure quality delivery within timelines and maintain consistent communication with supervisors.
Demonstrate successful deployment and continuously improve product experience.
Take ownership of assigned tasks along with proper documentation.
Qualifications/Skillsets:
Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT
3 to 5 years of hands-on software development experience
Experience with PHP, CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5
Proficiency in MVC frameworks like Spring, CodeIgniter, or latest technologies
In-depth knowledge of Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, and JavaScript
Web UI development experience with jQuery, Bootstrap, or latest tools
Familiarity with Node.js, AngularJS, XML, JSON, and REST services
Hands-on experience with database development (SQL or other DBs)
Experience with application servers and system administration (Windows, Linux)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with cloud infrastructure
Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
