Email Support Specialist at sarahwlee About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Email Support Specialist to join our team. This role is all about communication: you’ll be responsible for managing and responding to a high volume of emails every day, ensuring that every message is answered accurately, professionally, and on time. If you are someone who thrives on structure, loves clear communication, and takes pride in catching even the smallest errors, this could be the perfect role for you. We are looking for someone who is ok taking at least one weekend day. The ideal work hours for this person will be starting from 6-7PM PST, for 9 hours with a 1 hour break. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to a large volume of emails each day. Draft clear, accurate, and error-free responses. Maintain a consistent tone and brand voice in all communications. Track and organize incoming requests to ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with internal team members to escalate or follow up on inquiries when needed.
