We are now hiring an EIR, Productized Growth to help turn QuillAudits credibility, services, case studies, and founder insight into a repeatable inbound revenue engine.
Role Overview🚀:
This is an execution heavy founder’s office role for someone who can pick up messy business problems, identify what is broken, fix the system, track progress, and improve revenue outcomes.
The mission is simple:
Turn QuillAudits from a founder led services business into a sharper, productized, inbound driven Web3 security company.
You will work directly with the founder to improve positioning, inbound conversion, case studies, content systems, service packaging, sales assets, AI workflows, and growth experiments.
What You Will Own🥷:
Productize QuillAudits multi layer security stack into clear, easy to understand offers.
Improve how QuillAudits explains its services to founders, CTOs, ecosystems, and technical buyers.
Improve inbound lead conversion from website, content, social, referrals, and events.
Build better case studies that convert trust into pipeline.
Improve sales assets, landing pages, decks, proposal structure, follow up flows, and founder call prep.
Turn founder insights into high trust content for LinkedIn, X, blogs, case studies, and sales enablement.
Run weekly growth experiments with clear metrics.
Use AI tools to improve internal workflows, research, content creation, CRM hygiene, proposal drafts, customer pain analysis, and execution tracking.
Identify bottlenecks across departments and fix them without waiting for perfect instructions.
Help the BD, sales, audit, and founder teams operate with more clarity and speed.
