Start with user at center to speak to them visually and creatively
Establish brand identity, language and style
Translate internal company culture to external brand communication
Build a brand book that focuses on firmly placing the company as center of trust and authority for real estate
Generate visual design creations built for ease of use, replicability, consistency that establish user recall
Build a culture that sets a high bar for beauty, aesthetics, perfection
Work collaboratively with product management and engineering teams
Apply if you:
Portfolio of art designs (must)
Will work from office
Experience in Figma, Canva, Photoshop etc
Practical knowledge of visual design, material design, iconography, typography and color theory
Self-driven to the point that your expectation of yourself is higher than what the company demands from you
Willingness to learn and expand your horizons instead of scoping to a narrow vision
