The role requires hands-on experience with annotation tools, strong leadership skills, and a sharp eye for quality assurance. You will oversee a team of annotators, set standards for accuracy, and ensure timely project delivery. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data annotators on image, video, text, and specialised projects Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high annotation accuracy Train team members on tools, processes, and specialised annotation tasks Collaborate with project managers to plan and deliver on client requirements Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency Handle escalations and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality Qualifications 1–5 years of experience in data annotation (image, video, text, audio, or specialised domains like coding, medical, etc.) Prior experience in leading or managing teams Strong understanding of annotation tools Proven track record of maintaining quality standards and conducting QC checks Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work from our Delhi office (in-person role) Good to Have Experience in specialised annotation domains (coding, medical, etc.) Exposure to AI/ML workflows and data pipelines About Biz-Tech Analytics At Biz-Tech Analytics, we partner with global enterprises, AI labs, and industrial businesses to help them build frontier LLMs and apply AI at scale.
