Client Solution Specialist at Scalero Summary: In this role, you will play a key part in creating engaging, high-quality marketing campaigns for our clients. Your responsibilities will include setting up, testing, and launching email, in-app, and SMS marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with our team of email developers, client solutions managers, and designers to deliver exceptional results. This is a fully remote position based in Mexico City, offering flexibility and the chance to collaborate with a global team. While remote work is core to our culture, we also have offices in San Francisco, New York City, Charleston, Madrid, and Mexico City. Key Responsibilities: Building engaging marketing campaigns for clients accross different industries. Setting up, testing and sending email marketing, in-app and SMS marketing campaigns for clients. Assisting in developing strategic recommendations for clients. Working together with our email developers, account managers and designers to put together clients' requests and iterate according to best practices and insights. Nice to have If you have previous email marketing experience it would be ideal, but not mandatory If you have used tools like MailChimp, Braze, Klaviyo, Hubspot, Salesforce, Simon Data or Customer.io also a plus Qualifications Have a passion for helping clients succeed Strong services mentality, ability to handle multiple requests at once 1-2 years experience in email marketing and/or CRM Some familiarity with HTML/CSS Flexibility to work in different platforms (ESPs/CRMs/CDPs) Previous experience with analytical/reporting/BI tools/databases a plus Comfortable with project management tools (we use Notion) Excitement about building a company from the ground up Proficient English level is a must Solid communication and language skills, as well as analytical skills Client solutions/customer success experience a plus but not a requirement Compensation and benefits Salary range: $1,600 - $2,500 USD/month (based on experience) Annual bonus equivalent to 1 month of salary Health insurance (major and minor medical expenses) Company laptop provided WeWork access
