Your Role
As a Content Design & Marketing Intern, you will support the DDX team across content creation, social media, website updates, visual communication, and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in building and marketing an international design and innovation conference.
Responsibilities
Content Design & Marketing
Support the creation of marketing materials for DDX events
Help develop content ideas for campaigns, speakers, partners, and event announcements
Assist with brand storytelling across digital channels
Video Creation & Social Media
Create and edit short-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels
Support social media planning, posting, and community engagement
Turn speaker highlights, event moments, and key insights into engaging content pieces
Content Writing & Website Design
Write and edit short texts for websites, speaker pages, newsletters, and social media
Support updates to the DDX website and event pages
Help improve how content is structured, presented, and communicated visually
Brand Design & Communication
Create simple visuals, layouts, and branded assets for digital communication
Help maintain a consistent look and feel across DDX materials
Support presentation, agenda, and partner asset creation
Lead Generation
Research potential speakers, partners, sponsors, and attendees
Support outreach preparation and CRM updates
Help identify relevant companies and decision-makers in design, product, innovation, and technology
What We’re Looking For
Interest in design, UX, marketing, innovation, events, or digital business
Strong communication and writing skills in English
A good eye for visuals, layout, and brand consistency
Experience with tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe, CapCut, Notion, Squarespace, or similar is a plus
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment
