Full Stack Engineer (QA & Development) — India at WriteWise
Description:
WriteWise is a fast-growing health tech startup building AI-powered pharmacy benefits management (PBM) tools. We're looking for a versatile full stack engineer to join our team — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can wear multiple hats, and brings strong QA instincts alongside solid development skills.
What you'll do:
Write and maintain automated and manual test suites across our web applications
Build and ship full stack features across our Next.js frontend and FastAPI Python backend
Work closely with our existing India-based engineer on collaborative development tasks
Set up and maintain QA processes, catch regressions early, and help us ship confidently
Work with our core stack: Supabase, AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3), Vercel, Next.js, PostgreSQL
What we're looking for:
3+ years of full stack experience (React/Next.js + Python backend)
Hands-on experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL-backed apps
Familiarity with AWS services and Vercel deployments
Strong QA mindset — writing tests, spotting edge cases, thinking about failure modes
Experience with testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, pytest, or similar)
Comfortable working async with a small, remote-first team
Based in India
