We are building a scalable Magento-based platform with advanced catalog systems, digital tools, and marketing integration.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to drive development and architecture of our Magento-based ecommerce platform. You will lead a team, make technical decisions, and build scalable headless commerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead a team of developers and guide architecture decisions
Review code and enforce best practices
Collaborate with DevOps and product teams
Backend (Magento)
Develop and maintain Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce applications
Build custom modules, APIs, and integrations
Frontend (React)
Develop modern frontend using React / Next.js
Integrate Magento APIs (GraphQL)
Performance & Scalability
Optimize caching (Redis, CDN)
Improve SEO and performance
Support headless commerce architecture
Must-Have Skills
8+ years’ experience
Strong Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce expertise
React.js / Next.js experience
API & GraphQL integration
Experience leading teams
Nice to Have
Headless commerce architecture
DevOps understanding (CI/CD, Docker)
Performance optimization experience
Experience building large-scale ecommerce platforms
Education
B.Tech or MCA or At least any other Bachelor Degree with Proven industry experience
Nice to Have Certifications
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
