Position Summary
We’re seeking a full-time Senior Production Specialist for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. We’re looking for a Senior Production Specialist who is responsible for overseeing end-to-end production readiness workflows and ensuring alignment across U.S. Merchandising, Creative, Studio, and China Production teams. This role serves as the operational anchor for weekly launches, photoshoot readiness, and cross-functional communication. The Senior Production Specialist provides guidance to junior team members and drives process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
Own weekly launch readiness processes, ensuring accuracy of linking, data audits, and risk mitigation
Lead operational alignment meetings and present launch progress, risks, and corrective actions
Serve as the main escalation point to resolve production bottlenecks and cross-functional misalignment
Oversee photoshoot readiness, sample accuracy, outfit completion, and cross-team coordination
Manage sample room organization systems and SOPs, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Conduct operational audits and drive improvements to reduce errors and streamline workflows
Provide guidance and support to Production Coordinators
Communicate priority changes, deadlines, and risks clearly with China Production teams
Partner with Creative + Studio teams to optimize photoshoot efficiency
Ensure Merchandising, Planning, and Production teams remain aligned on timeline expectations
Lead cross-functional troubleshooting when delays or misalignments occur
Job Requirements
4+ years of production coordination or merchandising operations experience (fast fashion preferred)
Strong cross-functional communication and leadership skills
High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and data accuracy
Ability to oversee high-volume workflows and drive process improvements
Proficiency in Excel and operational systems
Nice to have
Mandarin proficiency preferred
