We’re looking for a Senior Production Specialist who is responsible for overseeing end-to-end production readiness workflows and ensuring alignment across U.S. Merchandising, Creative, Studio, and China Production teams. This role serves as the operational anchor for weekly launches, photoshoot readiness, and cross-functional communication. The Senior Production Specialist provides guidance to junior team members and drives process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
