DESCRIPTION
IES Agentic Commerce team is defining the future of shopping for emerging markets, transitioning into conversational and autonomous shopping. Bringing intelligence, hyper personalization and autonomy to customer's everyday shopping needs to make the experience delightful and effortless.
We are hiring a Principal Technical Product Manager to define and deliver an AI-native, end-to-end conversational commerce experience — where customers discover, evaluate, and purchase through rich, natural dialogue powered by text, images, and video. You'll build a hyper-personalized shopping companion that understands preferences, anticipates needs, and proactively guides customers from inspiration to checkout. Own product strategy, roadmap, and requirements; align stakeholders; and drive rapid experimentation to continuously raise the bar on delight, relevance, and conversion.
To be successful in this role, you will part of an AI native team building agentic shopping solutions. You will develop deep knowledge of LLM based automation and agentic system architectures to effectively define product strategy and make informed technical decisions.
The ideal candidate can navigate ambiguity in a fast moving, early stage initiative, balance competing priorities across multiple workstreams, and drive alignment across global engineering and science stakeholders with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
