What You’ll Do
Use LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram and Discord to actively engage and connect with potential candidates
Manage the recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles
Conduct screenings and assist with the interview process
Collaborate with our team to improve our recruitment strategies
Help grow our team with the right talent for a fast-growing company
What We’re Looking For
Experience in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition
Active on LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram and/or Discord and comfortable using these platforms to engage with candidates
Strong communication skills and ability to assess candidate fit
Tech-savvy, with a good understanding of technical roles and what makes a great candidate
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
