In the eCommerce Experience team you will:
Work as the intersection between the sales and tech team.
Manage brand relationships and support them in their experience with REVER.
Negotiate and close high-value deals, managing contract discussions and pricing proposals.
Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within Italy.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Operations to ensure successful onboarding and implementation.
Meet and exceed revenue and pipeline growth targets in the Italian region.
Represent REVER at relevant industry events and trade shows in Italy to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
You have
3+ years of experience in enterprise or B2B sales, ideally in e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, or logistics.
Proven track record of negotiating and closing large deals in Italy.
Strong consultative selling skills and experience with product demos.
Confidence in engaging and influencing C-level decision-makers.
Native-level Italian and fluency in English (other languages like Spanish or French are a plus).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A data-driven approach to sales and business development.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
