Building Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers and act as the voice of the customer internally.
Helping Customers Achieve Goals: Work with customers to achieve their desired outcomes by ensuring they have the resources and support they need to use a product or service effectively.
Monitoring Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer health indicators and create action plans to address issues that could negatively impact customer satisfaction.
Support and Onboarding: Support, onboard and check in with new customers to help them learn use CoLoop effectively.
New Product Releases & Feedback: Generate excitement for new product releases and updates. Monitor their use, collect feedback and act as the voice of the customer internally.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
