Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a Next.js 14 (App Router) admin and branch-level dashboard
Build scalable REST & GraphQL APIs using NestJS
Design PostgreSQL schemas with multi-tenancy, and soft deletes
Work with Redis queues, real-time features (Socket.io), and PDF generation
Tech Stack:
Backend: NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL 16
Frontend: Next.js 14, Tailwind CSS
Auth: JWT, CASL
Tooling: pnpm, Turborepo, Git
Requirements:
Strong 4-5 years full-stack experience with a backend focus
Exposure to healthcare workflows (appointments, labs, billing) is a plus
Experience with AI prompting — able to critically review and refine AI-generated outputs
