Lead Developer (Web3) at New Gig Workforce Solutions
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Developer to drive the development of innovative Web3 products. Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and development of Web3 applications
Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to define technical solutions
Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance systems
Guide and mentor developers, ensuring code quality and best practices
Contribute to technical strategy and long-term product vision
Stay up to date with emerging trends in blockchain and decentralized technologies
Requirements
Strong experience in software development with a focus on backend or full-stack engineering
Hands-on experience with blockchain technologies (e.g., Ethereum, smart contracts, Web3 frameworks)
Proficiency in languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Solidity, Rust, or Go
Experience designing scalable and secure system architectures
Proven ability to lead projects or teams
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Nice to Have
Experience in DeFi, NFTs, or gaming ecosystems
Familiarity with Layer 2 solutions or cross-chain technologies
Previous experience in a startup or fast-growing environment
